Notice is given that Mr Oisin Daly on behalf of Great Danes YFC Ltd. has applied for a new premises licence as follows:

Supply of Alcohol (On & Off premises): Monday-Sunday 1200hrs-2300hrs

NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A NEW PREMISES LICENCE

PREMISESSports Lounge, First Floor, 40 High Street, Brentwood, CM14 4AJ

Notice is given that Dadds LLP on behalf of Mr Eren Ali Gumus has applied to vary the premises licence as follows:

(1) change the internal layout of the premises. The actual capacity for patrons will be reduced and the changes will not add to the licensable area nor have an adverse effect on the promotion of the licensing objectives.

(2) Add Recorded Music to the licensable activities from 11:00 - 03:00 hrs

(3) Amend condition 2 Annex 2 of the schedule of conditions to read "There shall be no playing of music by DJ nor a dancefloor at the premises. Music will be by speaker system / Televisions etc only"
