NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A NEW PREMISES LICENCE
PREMISES: Chantilly, 14 Crown Street, Brentwood, Essex, CM14 4BA
Notice is given that Chantilly (Brentwood) Ltd has applied for a new premises licence to provide the following licensable activity:
Supply of Alcohol (both on and off the premises) from Monday to Sunday 12 noon to 11pm each day.

Representations must be received within the 28-day consultation period, which ends at midnight on 8 December 2022.
It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is up to level 5 on the standard scale (Unlimited).
