UK Shared Prosperity Fund (UKSPF)
The fund has been designed to support the UK Government's mission to proactively kickstart economic growth, help those being left behind and boost community cohesion across the UK. Brentwood Borough Council’s UKSPF allocation for 2025‐2026 is £327,146 and must be spent by 31 March 2026.

UKSPF Culture and Sport Grant Programme 2025/2026
This programme is now closed. Organisations were able to apply for grants to support culture and sport projects delivered by 31 March 2026, to improve health, wellbeing and inclusion in Brentwood. Enquiries should be made to ukspf@brentwood.gov.uk.
Brentwood Connected Business Improvement District Small Grant
Brentwood Connected Business Improvement District (BID) has launched a small grant scheme for 2024 that will see up to £20,000 distributed for local project delivery.
Organisations can apply for up to £2,500 per annum for projects that deliver creative and innovative initiatives or events that will have a positive impact within the BID area. Funding of up to £5,000 will be considered for large scale community projects that are delivered across Brentwood, Shenfield and Ingatestone.
Applications can be submitted per quarter and will be scored by a panel of members from the Brentwood Business Partnership (BBP). Please read the full criteria and scoring matrix before applying.
Brentwood Community Fund 2025
This year’s Brentwood Community Fund is now closed.
In partnership with Axis, Seven Arches Investment Ltd, and the Brentwood Health and Wellbeing Board, we invite not-for-profit organisations and individuals to bid for funding for community projects.
Grants of between £2,000 and £6,500 are available for causes and projects delivered between 1 July 2025 and 31 March 2026, that will improve the quality of life for local people and tackle important issues.
