Copies of Building Regulations Decision Notices and Completion Certificates can be supplied upon written request subject to a fee of £20.00 inc VAT per document.
Please allow for up to two weeks for the return of such information.
Copies of Building Regulations Plans
Copies of Building Regulations plans can be supplied provided written consent is obtained from the owner of the property concerned and the originator of the drawings i.e. architect/agent.
