Family Fun Days
Our Family Fun Days are back!
Brentwood Council and Brentwood Connected Business Improvement District are bringing our Family Fun Days to our High Streets this year.
Join us for four actioned packed Family Fun Days this Summer taking place in two of our outreach parks and two in our local high streets. They are free to attend and will have lots of activities on offer such as rides, sports, crafts, Punch & Judy shows, health and wellbeing workshops and more.
- Friday 1 August – Warley Playing Fields, CM13 3AZ - 10:30am to 3:30pm
- Wednesday 6 August – Brentwood High Street - 10am to 4pm
- Wednesday 20 August – Shenfield, Hutton Road - 10am to 4pm
- Friday 29 August – Hutton Recreation Ground, CM13 1LZ - 10:30am to 3:30pm
Wristbands will be able to purchase on the Friday fundays for £5. You will not need a wristband for the High Street fun days. We're looking for local businesses, clubs and groups to promote yourself by putting on activities for families.
You can apply to be a stallholder for these events, and you will need to register for a MyBrentwood account and read the Terms and Conditions (PDF) before applying.

When the trailer is active, you can visit for local information and support or advice from our community partners, such as:

- CVS (Voluntary Services)
- Fire Service
Strawberry Fair
Over 10,000 people attended the Strawberry Fair on Sunday 8 June, held in King George's Playing Fields commemorating the 80th anniversary of VE Day.
The fair bought the community together for a full day of activities and entertainment. Visitors of all ages enjoyed live performances from Brentwood Imperial Youth Band, local music acts, Razzamataz Theatre School and Stagecoach Performing Arts alongside walkabout entertainers, rides, the traditional Punch and Judy show and a wide selection of food, drink and charity stalls.
The event wouldn't be possible without support from our wonderful volunteers, performers, sponsors and supporters. A big thank you to everyone involved.
