The Residents' Discount Parking Card entitles Brentwood Borough Council Tax payers to a £0.60 discount when they park for 2 hours at the following car parks:
- Chatham Way
- William Hunter Way
- Town Hall
- Friars Avenue
- Hunter Avenue
- King Georges Playing Field
Apply for a discount card
You can only apply for one card per household and you will need to enter your current Council Tax reference number. This can be found on your annual Council Tax bill.
The card will be posted to you within seven days of receipt of the application form.
How to use the discount card
At the Pay & Display machine:
- Press the yellow discount button.
- Press green button to confirm.
- Insert £1.80
- Press green button.
- Take the Pay & Display ticket.
- Display the ticket with your discount card on the dashboard of your vehicle.
How to order a replacement card
There is a £10.00 fee to replace a Resident Discount Parking Card. You will be asked to provide online payment when completing the form.
The card will be posted to you within seven days of receipt of the application form.
