Town Hall wedding or ceremony enquiries

If you would like to find out about holding a wedding or ceremony at the Town Hall, call us Monday to Friday, during office opening hours, on 01277 312569.

Ceremonies are available on Thursdays and Fridays, from 10am to 4pm.

WarningWe no longer take wedding bookings for Saturdays, but those already in the diary will be honoured.

Capacity

Brentwood Borough Council Ceremonies Room at the Town Hall allows for up to 25 guest in the room, plus the brides, grooms and officials. From 1 April 2023, all wedding ceremonies will be held in the Council Chamber, allowing us to accommodate 30 guests instead of 25. Pictures will be available soon.

After the ceremony

The wedding party should arrive at the allotted time and vacate the building directly after the ceremony has completed. Parties are asked not to congregate around the green entrance doors either before or after a ceremony and to locate themselves further away from the building to avoid coming into contact with others entering and exiting the Town Hall.
