In order for the Council to put CIL in place, we had to submit a draft charging schedule for independent examination.
We submitted the draft charging schedule for examination on 23 March 2023. We received the Examiners Report on 21 August 2023.
The report recommends that the Charging Schedule should be approved in its published form without changes.
