Brentwood's Register Office is situated just in front of the Town Hall in Ingrave Road. The converted cottage is small and informal.
The room accommodates a maximum of 30 guests.
There is a small visitors car park in front of the Register Office and Town Hall.
The nearest available larger carpark is the multi-storey at Coptfold Road.
Following the ceremony, Shenfield Common, with its wooded areas and pond, is an ideal spot for photographs.
If you need to book an appointment to register either a birth or a death, please use the Essex Registration Service Online Booking system. Appointments can be booked from 8am to 8pm Monday to Friday and 9am to noon on Saturday.

Report a Death to Brentwood Borough Council
Please use the Report a Death Form to advise Brentwood Borough Council of a death of a Brentwood resident.
Important note: If you have not already done so, you must also register a death with the local registrar. You can report a death that occurred in Essex with Essex County Council's Registrar. Please see above for details.
