This annual canvass of all the properties in the borough is carried out each summer/autumn to ensure that the information we hold is as complete and accurate as possible.

The easiest way to respond to the canvass is by internet - just follow the link below and input both parts of the security code printed on your Household Enquiry Form.

If there are no changes to be made to the information printed on your form, you can also respond by telephone or SMS

  • Call 0800 197 9871
  • Text NOCHANGE followed by both parts of your security code to 80212

Alternatively, the Household Enquiry Form can be completed and signed and returned to Electoral Services in the pre-paid envelope.

You can vote in elections and referendums only if your name appears in the Register of Electors. Anyone eligible to register to vote who is not currently registered can make an application under Individual Electoral Registration.
