Our Corporate Strategy, Brentwood 2025 ‘Where Everyone Matters’, sets out how we will build on our strengths and successes when looking to the future. The Strategy lists our key priorities, led by a commitment to grow our economy, protect our environment, develop our communities, improve our housing, and deliver an effective and efficient council.
Our three priority areas are to:
- promote Brentwood as a place to set up and do business from
- enable the growth of existing business
- encourage the creation of new enterprises and inward investment
Our progress against the strategy is continually monitored by senior managers and relevant committees.
