Leader of Brentwood Borough Council, Councillor Louise McKinlay, said: “The Brentwood Business Showcase is a place for businesses to network, support local and regional trade as well as promoting Brentwood as a great place to grow, locate and do business. There is huge demand from businesses large and small hungry to make the most of the opportunities Brentwood can offer, and I am delighted that the event is so well supported both with sponsorship, attendees and of course this year by such famous - and instantly recognisable names - as Microsoft and Google. It’s a great accolade to Brentwood that two of the biggest Digital companies in the world are coming here to share their success.
In a digital age when, for many companies, email marketing is important, you are still more likely to secure valuable business with a one-to-one meeting at an exhibition. There are opportunities to maximise on this to help your business and gain a number of prospects by exhibiting and by networking throughout the day.”
“We are particularly excited to be Platinum sponsor of this highly prestigious event for Brentwood for the second year running” said Jane Winfield, Partner in Commercial Property and Head of Business Development at Wortley Byers Law. “With its proximity to London, major ports, and excellent road and rail infrastructure including Crossrail, Brentwood is a great place to do business. We are looking forward to meeting national and local businesses that are already putting or want to be part of putting Brentwood on the national map. We will be sharing best legal practice through the workshops that we will be delivering.”
