Row of HousesNon-statutory guidance for landlords, tenants and local authorities in the private and social rented sectors in the context of coronavirus was published on Gov.​uk over the weekend.

This guidance provides advice to landlords and tenants on the provisions in the Coronavirus Act 2020, and further advice for landlords, tenants and local authorities more broadly about their rights and responsibilities during the coronavirus outbreak.

Residential Landlord Forum

The Landlord Forum is an informal gathering of landlords and a chance to meet, network and pose questions to staff from Environmental Health and Housing Benefit Services. 

All residential landlords are encouraged to attend the forum, which is intended to inform private sector landlords of relevant changes to legislation, good practice and guidance, and to give an opportunity to ask questions of Environmental Health, Planning, Housing Advice and Housing Benefit Officers.
