A new course is offering parkour and dance for fitness and well-being for older people in Hutton.
It runs for 10 weeks, starting on Tuesday 16 May and running every Tuesday from 2.30pm to 4pm at Hutton Community Centre, Hutton, Brentwood, CM13 1LP.
Called ‘Forever Young’, the aim is to bring together people aged 55 and over to come along and explore functional movement in a safe and structured outdoor environment led by a qualified professional. The focus is on promoting health, fitness and wellbeing and sessions will be tailored to all levels of ability including beginners.
Each week you will be guided to help increase your physical fitness, prevent injury and promote good health in a friendly, sociable and supportive setting.
The sessions will be led by artistic director Jade Shaw and core coach Jacob Peregrine-Wheller. The first session is FREE and following sessions are Â£2 per person. Free tea and coffee will also be provided at the end of each session.
