Car Parks

There are a number of car parks throughout Brentwood Borough in all of the main commercial areas. These offer both short and long stay facilities. Click on the links below to view the site plans of the car parks.

Most, though not all, car parks are available for all day season ticket holders as well as short term casual parking and some of these are free for a maximum period.

Individuals or companies may apply for season tickets in both car parks and in on-street bays where this facility is available. They can apply for any number of months, up to a year.  A new Direct Debit payment scheme is starting this summer and this will allow permits to remain valid whilst the monthly payments are made. A discount will be applied for those who take up the scheme.

The hourly rate at all chargeable car parks is 80 pence per hour up to 6 hours and then a £10 daily charge is due. Sundays are charged at 40 pence per hour for any number of hours.

Please note that season tickets run from the first day of the month for which they are applied. The term ‘Season Ticket’ here includes the prepaid devices for control of barriers used for the Multi-Storey and William Hunter Way car parks.

Bulk purchases of 10 or more tickets attract a £5 discount each.

Refunds 

Refunds may be obtained for season tickets if requested in writing, enclosing the relevant season ticket/barrier control device.  Refunds are for complete unexpired months only at the monthly rate.
