APPLICATION FOR REVIEW OF PREMISES LICENCE (LICENSING ACT 2003)

 THE SWAN, 123 HIGH STREET, BRENTWOOD CM14 4RX

An application for review of the above premises licence from Jackie Cooper (Essex Police Licensing) on behalf of the Chief of Essex Police has been made on the grounds of

The licence holder, responsible authority or any person (as defined by the Licensing Act 2003) may make representations to the Licensing Authority, no later than the 4 July 2019. 

Any representations made to the Licensing Authority must be in writing to Licensing Department, Brentwood Borough Council, Town Hall, Ingrave Road, Brentwood, Essex CM15 8AY. or by email to licensing@brentwood.gov.uk

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with this application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for this offence is £5,000.
