We have fundamentally revised our Housing Strategy for the 2017-2020 period.
A consultation period ran from the 20th January to the 28th February 2017. The draft Housing Strategy was submitted to the relevant Committee on the 9th March 2017 and duly approved.
If you still wish to make any comments relating to the Housing Strategy please email email@example.com. Whilst we will not formally respond to individual commentaries any submissions will be considered and are useful.
The Housing Strategy will operate in conjunction with the following core Housing Services Documents:
- Our Allocation Policy sets out how social housing in the borough will be prioritised for households in need;
- Our Housing Revenue Account Business Plan describes the long-term investment plan for our own housing stock;
- Our Rents Policy 2015 which describes the rent setting mechanisms for social housing.
