Local Air Pollution Prevention and Control
The Pollution Prevention and Control Act 1999 and associated Regulations control certain industrial activities which have the potential to produce emissions into the air.
Officers from Brentwood Borough Council inspect premises which have been granted permits or authorisations to check compliance with the conditions specified.
