Community Halls Preliminary Market Engagement Exercise

Brentwood Borough Council is inviting expressions of interest from individuals or organisation(s) to manage all or any of its six community halls. A briefing pack has been drawn up setting out the Council’s aspirations and a proposed way forward. The next stage of the process will be to hold an informal meeting with each interested party during the week commencing 15th October. This will enable the interested party to share their ideas with the Council and for the Council to clarify its aspirations and answer any questions.

Information Packs provide further information on the Council's Community Halls and the Briefing Paper sets out the desired outcomes that the Council is looking to achieve.

Whilst Expressions of Interest are encouraged from 20th September a closing date for receipt of Expressions of Interest is set for 8 October 2018 as after this date there is not sufficient time to prepare for the following week’s round of informal meetings.

If you require any further information please contact Kim Anderson, Partnership, Leisure and Funding Manager on 01277 312634 or email kim.anderson@brentwood.gov.uk
