Draft Infrastructure Delivery Plan Update Note - October 2016

Draft Infrastructure Delivery Plan

The Draft Infrastructure Delivery Plan (IDP) sets out the current status and future infrastructure requirements to support new homes, business and communities within the Brentwood Borough area, up to 2033.  The IDP is an important document to support development growth planned through the Brentwood Borough Council new Local Plan.

The key infrastructure themes explored in the IDP include:

  • Physical infrastructure – transport, energy, water, drainage, waste and IT;
  • Green Infrastructure – parks, green spaces, water courses and wildlife areas, and
  • Social and Community Infrastructure – schools, sport facilities, healthcare, and community facilities.

As a live working document, this webpage and supporting documents will be updated regularly.
