Trade Waste

Duty of Care Dennis Dustcart trade waste picture

All businesses – such as shops or offices – have a responsibility to safely manage the waste they produce in order to protect human health and the environment. The ‘Waste Duty of Care Code of Practice’  sets out practical guidance on how to meet your waste duty of care requirements. Failure to comply with the duty of care is an offence subject to an unlimited fine on conviction.
