Electoral Registration Application Request Form
The rolling register is now closed - an annual canvass form will be delivered to your property within the next few weeks and you should use this to register.
A system of 'rolling registration' is available between December and early August, which means that electors can now register to vote as soon as they move home, rather than wait for the annual canvassing of all properties that takes place each September/October.
If you have just moved home and would like to re-register straight away, you can now download a form here to print off:
Alternatively, you can contact the Electoral Registration Office on 01277 312709, email elections@brentwood.gov.uk to request electoral registration forms to be sent to you, or complete the online request form below. Please remember to say how many forms you need as a separate form is required for each person registering to vote.
During the months of September, October and November, rolling registration is suspended whilst the Annual Canvass of Properties is carried out and the Register of Electors is being revised.
You can find out more about registering to vote on the Electoral Commission's website at www.aboutmyvote.co.uk
