1. Yes the Council will refer relevant information to the appropriate body above.
2. This will depend on the particulars of each case but will include information relating to assets, bank accounts etc.
3. This will be referred by the investigating officer for the case which will be the on duty EH Officer at the time the incident is reported to the Council.

5. Yes the Council does engage in the services of a solicitor.

8. I can confirm that Brentwood Borough Council has had no involvement in any burials that required referral to the Treasury Solicitor, Duchy of Lancaster or Cornwall or for Scotland the QLTR department since 1st August 2013.
