1.Is your fleet workshop/ Garage outsourced?

2.How many staff do you have working in your workshop/Garage and what shifts are they on e.g Mornings. Days. Nights, 4 on 4 off

1.Is your fleet workshop/ Garage outsourced? No – our fleet workshop/garage is managed in-house

2.How many staff do you have working in your workshop/Garage and what shifts are they on e.g Mornings. Days. Nights, 4 on 4 off – Four staff work in the workshop/garage. 3 work a 39 hour week and 1 works a 37 hour week. Hours are 7.00am – 4.30pm

3.What are your total fixed costs for running the workshop garage / Fleet ( Can you please provide a breakdown) See costs for last financial year 2013/14.

To answer the above question would we estimate take us in excess of the applicable time limit to determine the appropriate material and locate, retrieve and extract the information in reference to your request. Consequently, in order to provide the information on the scale that you have requested would require significant resources from officers here to identify an analyse the data available.
Section 12 of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 makes provision for public authorities to refuse requests for information where the cost of dealing with them would exceed the appropriate limit, which for this authority is set at £450.

7. What were the number of incoming and outgoing calls taken in workshop reception in Jan, February ,March this year? Not applicable as no workshop reception area.

8. How you track job time allocations e.g. what system do you use? Manual time sheets are completed.

9. For January Feb March what was the total estimated time and actual times per job (can you provide me totals or the breakdown) Our records would not show this breakdown therefore we are unable to provide this information.
