The Council respond to your enquiry, using the same numbering as yourself, as follows:
• The Council provide the Union with approximately 30 square feet of office accommodation for trade union business;
• The office space is used exclusively;
• There has been no valuation of the space to my knowledge;
• There are no charges made to the Union to my knowledge.
2. The Council does not currently have a facilities agreement in place. It provides access to a PC.
