In supplying this information, we have considered section 43 of the Freedom of Information Act where:
Information is exempt information if its disclosure under this Act would, or would be likely to, prejudice the commercial interests of any person (including the public authority holding it).
We have provided you with the legal costs that you have requested and have restricted this to the parameters of your request. We have considered the public interest test but have deemed that it is not engaged as you are not seeking to have commercial interests disclosed.

For values up to £10,000
Officer with delegated authority may place a single order without inviting quotations provided
