Sanctuary Schemes

Request

1.  The number of homes which are or were part of a sanctuary scheme, enabling households at risk of violence to remain safely in their own homes, in your local authority in the following financial years: 2009/10, 2010/11, 2011/12, 2012/13 and 2013/14. 

2.  The total amount of local authority funding spent on supporting sanctuary schemes in each of the following financial years: 2009/10, 2010/11, 2011/12, 2012/13 and 2013/14. 

3.  The number of homes in your local authority, which are currently part of the sanctuary scheme, which are also affected by the under occupancy changes to Housing Benefit introduced on 1 April 2013 (commonly referred to as the "Bed room Tax" or "spare room subsidy").
