How many public health funerals have taken place within the council from November 2012 to the date of your response?
Please could you include the following information in your response:

Date and Place of Birth
Last known residence for the deceased
Whether next of kin have been traced
Value of the Estate (if known)
Date on which referred/due to be referred to the Treasury Solicitor, Duchy of Cornwall, Duchy of Lancaster, QLTR, Crown Solicitor and/or National Ultimus Haeres.

Within the council, who is in charge for sending information to the Treasury Solicitor, Duchy of Cornwall, Duchy of Lancaster, QLTR, Crown Solicitor and/or National Ultimus Haeres?

RE: FREEDOM OF INFORMATION REQUEST – PARISH BURIALS/PUBLIC HEALTH FUNERALS
Thank you for your freedom of information request pertaining to deaths that the council has sent or will be sending to the Treasury Solicitor, this has been passed to me for a reply as the responsible Officer for this service area.
I can confirm that Brentwood Borough Council has had no involvement in any burials that required referral to the Treasury Solicitor, Duchy of Lancaster or Cornwall or for Scotland the QLTR department since November last year.
