Response

In response to your Freedom of Information Request No.5373 received on 8th January, 2013, Brentwood Borough Council can advise as follows.

Points (1) and (2) - unfortunately retrospective applications are not recorded separately and we would, therefore, need to look through every proposal for the word “retrospective” to determine the outcome, which would take us over the allotted time. However, whilst the information is not in collated format, planning records are public information and are available for viewing on our website at http://www.brentwood.gov.uk/index.php?cid=47.

With regard to point (3) we do not separate out enforcement cases solely on illegal building work, therefore this information is unavailable.

With regard to point (4) – nil.
