All contracts with Bailiff companies are service level agreements that are required to work with adherence to the Local Authorities code of practice. The SLA’s have no end date there is a right for the Council to not instruct if it is felt the Bailiff company is not performing or failing to meet with the code of practice set down under the SLA.

Start dates for initial instruction are varied and are as follows
