Under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 I request the following information:
1) The number of bungalows in Blackmore Road, Kelvedon Hatch, owned by Brentwood Borough Council and designated for occupation by older people (the following questions refer to properties of this type, originally built for older occupants by Epping and Ongar Council prior to the transfer of the village to Brentwood).
2) The process for allocating such accommodation to eligible people on the housing list.
3) The number of people on Brentwood's housing list eligible for these properties.
4) How many people on the housing list have been offered a property in Blackmore Road, Kelvedon Hatch?
5) How many of the people offered a property in Blackmore Road, Kelvedon Hatch, have declined it?
6) How many of the people offered a property in Blacmore Road, Kelvedon Hatch, have accepted it?
7) Do the eligibility criteria allow Brentwood Borough Council to offer these properties to people on the housing list aged under 60?
8) How are people who might be eligible notified that a bungalow is available?
