Fire risk assessments

Request

I am writing to you under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 to request the following information:


1. A list of all blocks of flats of six storeys and over owned by the council. For each block, please provide:

a. The name of the block
b. The number of storeys
c. Whether the block is managed by the council or a housing association or an ALMO
d. The date of the last Fire Risk Assessment undertaken

2. The amount of money spent by the council on fire risk assessors. Please give the figure annually for every year since 2010.

Please provide the information in a .xls, .csv, or other spreadsheet format compatible with Microsoft Excel.

If it is not possible to provide the information requested due to the information exceeding the cost of compliance limits identified in Section 12,
please provide advice and assistance, under your Section 16 obligations, as to how I can refine my request to be included in the scope of the Act.

In any case, if you can identify ways that my request could be refined please provide further advice and assistance to indicate this.
