How much did the Council spend on Disabled Facilities Grantin each financial year since 2010?
How many applications did the Council receive for works to be carried out using funding from the Disabled Facilities Grant budget in each financial year since 2010?
How many of these applications were granted and how many were refused in each financial year since 2010?
What was the average length of time between a (successful) claim being submitted and the works being carried out in each financial year since 2010?

Please find the response below;

Brentwood Borough Council has been working with Papworth Trust as a Home Improvement Agency since 2011 and all cases were referred to them before the application stage – Papworth were undertaking means testing and dealing with OT referrals – we would only receive a completed application pack which would result in approval. I apologise for the delay in replying but needed to contact the research volunteer to discuss before responding

I have assumed that all were approved as we would not otherwise have received an application
