In support of our request for help to you, we do of course submit our request under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 and in doing so gratefully request your help in providing to us the following information from the Business Rates Department at your council.
We are in need, please, of a list of all Guest & Boarding Houses, Caravan Parks (leisure), Day Nurseries/ Play Schools, Farm Shops, Fish Farms, Funeral Parlours/ Chapels of rest, Garden Centres, Golf Courses, Golf Driving Ranges, Guest & Boarding Houses,
Hotels (3 Star and Under), Kennels and Catteries, Model Villages, Nursing Homes (Inc. Old Peoples Homes, Potteries, Riding Schools & Livery Stables, Roller Skating Rinks, Scrap Metal/ Breakers Yard, Snooker Halls/ Clubs, Theme Parks, Veterinary Clinics/ Animal
Clinics, Vineyards/Wineries, Wine bars, Cafes, Hairdressing/ Beauty Salons, Miniature Railways, Pet grooming Parlours, Pitch and Putt/ Putting Greens, Post offices, Takeaway food outlet (predominantly off premises) including addresses with Rateable values
