Can you please provide me with a list of work-related deaths reported to you as part of your responsibilities under The Health and Safety (Enforcing Authority) Regulations 1998 since
2008. I would like to receive the information as a series of columns detailing:
1/ The date of the incident.
2/ The name of the deceased.
3/ The deceased's age.
4/ A description of the incident.
5/ The industry sector.
6/ The deceased's employment status (ie, employed, self-employed).
7/ The name of organisation where the work-related death occurred.
We here at Brentwood Borough Council have not received any reports of work related deaths since 2008.
