Request

I  formally request certain specific information on the enforcement of Approved Documents J and G of the Building Regulations by the local authority Building Control Department of your council.

by this council, due to non-compliance with Approved Document J (heat producing appliances) and Document G (Sanitation, Hot Water Safety and Water Efficiency) of the Building Regulations in the last three years?

In order to understand the level of resource available to the council, please can you also identify the number of building
