Department)?



1. What Financial and Procurement or ERP solution and version does the council use?


2. How many users are using the system?

3. When are you planning your next upgrade (month and year)?


4. When do you intend to review a replacement Financials and Procurement or ERP system and if so are you going to benchmark or market test potential solutions?


5. Is your Financial and Procurement or ERP system currently outsourced, managed or hosted and if so to which supplier?


6. If you answered no to the above question, are you considering moving to an outsourced, managed or hosted solution for your Financial and Procurement or ERP system?


7. What is the value of the current Financial and Procurement or ERP system contract and when does the contract expire?


8. Who is the person responsible for the Financial and Procurement or ERP system – please provide full name, title and contact information (if possible).


9. Are you in a shared service for either ICT, Financial and Procurement or ERP solutions?
