Total Fleet Spend

Request

I would like a list of the following all from the 01/01/14 to 12/12/14:

Vehicle Purchases; In order of TOTAL spend, Where they were purchased
from (which company (branch where applicable/available)) Top 10
will be sufficient in descending order

Parts/Repairs/Maintenance Purchases; In order of TOTAL spend, Where they
were purchased from (which company (branch where
applicable/available)) Top 30 will be sufficient in descending order

Vehicle Hires (external); In order of TOTAL spend, Where they were hired
from (which company (branch where applicable/available)) Top 10
will be sufficient in descending order

Any Technology providers you use for your fleet of vehicles (such
as tracking, safety cameras) ; In order of TOTAL spend, Where they were
purchased from (which company (branch where applicable/available))
Top 10 will be sufficient in descending order

Again, I do not wish to be charged for this information, I would
like this information in electronic format, preferably Excel and in
the 20 working days outlined in the FOI guidelines.

Thank you for your FOI regarding Total Fleet Spend from 01/1/2014 to 12/12/2014. Please find the responses to your questions below:

1. Vehicle Purchases; In order of TOTAL spend, Where they were purchased from (which company (branch where applicable/available)) Top 10 will be sufficient in descending order

2. Parts/Repairs/Maintenance Purchases; In order of TOTAL spend, Where they were purchased from (which company (branch where applicable/available)) Top 30 will be sufficient in descending order

To answer the above question would we estimate take us in excess of the applicable time limit to determine the appropriate material and locate, retrieve and extract the information in reference to your request. Consequently, in order to provide the information on the scale that you have requested would require significant resources from officers here to identify an analyse the data available.

Section 12 of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 makes provision for public authorities to refuse requests for information where the cost of dealing with them would exceed the appropriate limit, which for this authority is set at £450.

No additional technology providers from the ones advised in your similar FOI ref 8240 which were (1) Bartec, Barnsley, (2) Masternaut, (3) ISS Group, Coventry.
