The Times request for staffing and salary data

Under the Freedom of Information Request, please provide the following for each financial year from 2010/2011 to 2014/2015:

1. How many people your council hired on a consultancy basis who were previously directly employed by your local authority on a salary of £70,000 or more in the last 12 months.

2. How much your council spends annually on agency staff - for each year mentioned above.

3. How many people your council has employed directly earning £70,000 or more who were made redundant (including those who took voluntary redundancy or left by mutual agreement) by your own authority or by another council in the previous 12 months.

Please provide the positions for the requests listed in 1 and 3 and if possible, the names.

Please provide this data in a machine readable format (csv) to this email (data@news.co.uk) as soon as possible.
